When picking up pumpkins for Halloween, my daughter found a pumpkin that was less than two inches wide and she had to have it. Now that it's over, I didn't have the heart to throw it out. So I decided to keep it and draw it instead!
This was done with watercolor washes and then some of the the details were added in with graphite pencil. This painting (as well as the two others I've done so far for AEDM) have been 4" x 6" on watercolor paper.
