I've been having a blast both with drawing and making handmade cards; I couldn't help but to combine the two. So, out of a labor of love, I created these:
I made an original doodle that was scanned and printed several times to make these cards. Each card was then colored with a coordinating colored pencil, each strip was cut by hand, then each piece of cardstock was cut to size and assembled. It took much longer than I thought it would get these babies done, but it was well worth it!
I fell in love with the outcome so much that I went a little nuts and created more in different colors:
I love seeing them in so many different colors!
I'm thinking that I should make more with a different doodle or saying . . . . is there any greeting you would like to see?
P.S. These are now in the shop, as well as these cards.
